How to Unfreeze/Restart your ADL app

iOS Instructions: first means

1. Double clicking on the home button 2x quickly, which should bring a number of app screen thumbnails on the main screen.
2. Then put your finger on the Adidam Digital Library app screen and while holding down, swipe it up and off the screen. That should remove it from memory
3. Restart the app

iOS Instructions: 2nd means

1. Go to Settings
2. Scroll down to Apps
3. Select the Adidam Digital Library app
4. Select the Adidam Digital Library app and "Force stop"
5. Restart the app

Android Instructions

1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.
2. Scroll down and select "Apps" or "Application Manager".
3. Find and select the Adidam Digital Library app from the list.
4. Select "Force stop" to stop the app, then restart it.
